SH107 outbound email bounce

why were two threads created for this issue?

For those of you on SH107, Surpass has confirmed that HP.com is blocking any email that you send to HP.com addresses.

Unfortunately, 3rd-tier support at Surpass has asked ME to investigate this on your behalf. Surpass may think that I can get through to the email administrators at HP, but I more than likely cannot. I sent emails and made calls to HP but I can only reach tech support at HP and that is not the email administrator.

Surpass customers on SH107, if you want to send emails to HP, please contact Surpass support and ask them to clear the path - or you will have to use another non-Surpass email address, like I did.
