dime43 issues
I didn't see a dime 43 in the server announcements so i don't know where else to find info on it.
the whole thing is down, leaving roughly 80 of my sites down. i've taken 10 phone calls so far. PLEASE help. ticket IFB-829984 i'm desperate here. I know you guys will work this out, i'm just in a panic right now because i can't afford disappointed customers in this kind of climate. |

I can see the site in your signature right now. Is it still down for you?
You may want to post a ticket id just in case a staff member happens to see this thread. And make sure you are not replying to your ticket to try and bump it. Replies only send the ticket to the end of the list.

80 or so sites down for 4 hours now. 18 phone calls from upset clients and i can't tell them anything... can't tell them when to expect to be back online. i got my ticket forwarded to the sales department for some reason.... can SOMEONE please get my sites back up?~!?!?!?

Just want to say that's weird what it is doing, redirecting to a suspended page.
Are you able to log into your cPanel? Are you getting to the websites at all?

nope. can't get there at all. i see the normal 404 page. you see something different than that?
i can get to the login to cpanel but it won't let me log in |

I see the 404, but if you look in the address bar it is going to a suspended page (that doesn't exist) on another website.
Actually, just checked now and it's working again. I bet the account was suspended, but somebody from staff or through the ticket just unsuspended it. (probably why the ticket was redirected to sales)
