Perhaps however the servers have been back up here since around 8PM CST and it is now almost 10PM CST.

Not sure why it would take that long let their valued customers know what the story is.

I had a problem with my dedicated server too. Any site hosted on the Supass network was down for me.

There was no way to get in touch with the folks. Since I'm in Asia, making a phone call costs a lot too.

Still, no official announcement has been made yet.

One was just made. I think if Surpass didn't have bad luck they wouldn't any luck lately.
