Exclamation 66.7.212.109 - SH131 down this morning

SH131 and apparently a few other servers as well, were down this morning for a while. Anyone know why?

SH137 was also down. Would love to know why. I even went to this site and surpasshosting.com and couldn't even connect to them.

This has now been the third time within four to five months?? This is now getting tiresome. We paid a year in advance, to get what?? Im a bit confused by the service and also the keeping people in the dark when there are issues. Are we going to be told why our sites were down?? Probably not.

SH93 was affected as well. My static pages would display, but not the content pulled from MySQL. cPanel was up and the server status indicators were all green. However, I couldn't reach the Help Desk or Surmunity sites.

i contacted through phone hostdime since my dedi server was also down for the last 5 hours. phone was the only solution since none of the websites were online; surpasshosting.com and hostdime.com

i got informed by the support guy that they had a backbone problem with their internet provider and many of their accounts couldnt reach the net.

it seems my websites just got online....

Why wouldn't we tell you?

Earlier today, we experienced some network related issues. This affected one of our primary connections to the Internet. NOC staff is currently working on routing everything through different uplinks. Most servers are responding just fine now.

Thank you for the update, removed. Where is the best place to go for information about an outage when the Help Desk and Surmunity are down?

I don't know why you wouldn't but the other two times it was VERY vague as to what was going on, but I appreciate being told this time

Phone number?? I couldn't find a phone number that was valid. It sounded like I woke someone up, whos had that phone number for a couple of years now.

Phone support is included with dedicated servers but not shared/reseller accounts.
