SH98 very slow

at this moment SH98 is loading very, very slow. SL was on 43 a minute ago.

Email is down, cPanel is not loading.

Hope they are looking into this.

Database Error: Unable to connect to your database. Your database appears to be turned off or the database connection settings in your config file are not correct. Please contact your hosting provider if the problem persists.

It looks the server has been reset, as the load is now low again.

Apologies for the delay in response. The help desk has been very busy today

has your issue been resolved? i can see that it was addressed in the ticket. and looking now, mysql is running just fine. please let us know!

Yes, everything seems to be working okay

When I put in the ticket, it was fixed vey quickly. Thanks for the follow up.
