Muy : site down

the site has been slow and periodically down over the last few days (it's down right now). i put in a ticket (#TGK-647623) on the 18th but havent heard back yet, so I replied to the automated message today (as the site is currently down) and it opened another ticket (LRT-963269)

by the way, i cant find #TGK-647623 in my "View Tickets"

any help?

Our abuse department is actually reviewing the server right now. It looks to be one site is causing all of the problems

I just wanted to update you and let you know that your site should be back up and running smoothly. We still have some techs in the server right now investigating, however, I will also monitor the server as well as your site for the rest of my shift tonight. I'll make sure to update our administrators if I see anything throughout the night.

i got a reply in the ticket as well and they let me know the possible cause.

No problem at all, we are always here to help in anyway we can. I will continue to monitor the server for the rest of my shift to ensure everything is back to normal.

I can see that the server load is now normal and all services are up and running including your site. Please let us know if you have anymore issues.
