much up's and downs today and yesterday!
I can't connect to my ftp when I want to!
only 1/10 i try it works!

I'm not seeing any issue on the server and all services are running. The load on the server is also normal. Were you able to open up a ticket in our help desk at http://desk.surpasshosting.com/ so we can have our 3rd level administrators monitor the server and investigate the issues you are experiencing?
