[SH66] 72.29.68.45 mail server issue
as instructed in this post about the pdu failure this
morning, i submitted this ticket : LGF-388238 eventually my server was back online but the email was still wonky, so i submitted this : XZV-725985 i received email via imap at 4.28 am [est] but ever since the pdu failure, i haven't been able to get mail through imap OR webmail. i get the error below, even after changing the password through cpanel. i failed to give an alternate email address in the tickets. could someone look into the email issue + give me some information +/or updates please? thank you! ![]() |
