Hello
I would always log a support ticket rather than post here. Normally I would get a support ticket response within a few minutes so it's likely they could have sorted the load issue more quickly than posting here and 'hoping' a staff member is on line at the time you post. I'm sure they will sort it fast if you log a ticket |

As mentioned, the quickest way to resolve a support request is via a ticket on the help desk.
It looks like any load issues on sh115 have been resolved Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns |
