Sites are not responding and neither is Surpass Pages

I finally got in here after multiple trys...difficult. Something is wrong with the server hosting my sites. NMJW02.com Has been slower for two weeks but today...is unusable. I tried multiple times to reach concierge and enter a help ticket. I never got through...so it is more than my site that is having problems.

And yes.. i have tried from multiple internet connections from differnent parts of the country....so it is a server problem of some sort

Surpass has been so reliable... I almost forgot that you could have problems like this and how frustrating it can be
