server status "ftpd" fails

I've done some searching but have found no direct answer - I'm getting an unrepairable MySQL Database error and what does it mean when server status "ftpd" fails? HELP! I'm locked OUT / do a ticket (or is this a simple fix)?

ftpd is the servers ftp daemon or server
Please submit a ticket via https://desk.surpasshosting.com/ and we'll attempt a repair on that table for you.
