Unhappy Outbound emails bouncing.....

I've been trying to get help from support but it seems they cannot even read the ticket properly.

I've been receiving bounce messages starting early this AM when I have been sending emails to business associates who I email every day.

The bounce messages say:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: recipient's email) SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx01.ibbsonline.com [209.55.3.143]: 550 Access denied (his other email) SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx01.ibbsonline.com [209.55.3.143]: 550 Access denied------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. --second one:

I had to open another ticket with Support to get even a sign of life and they said I had to wait up to 24 hours for any response from Abuse and Security.

In the meantime, my email is deteriorating.

First they said my MX records should be on Surpass...but they are already set to Surpass.

First they said "we're not on any blacklists" ....now say that they are investigating what these blacklist messages mean.

The weird thing is that the server: mx01.ibbsonline.com
from the first bounce which initiated this ticket isn't Surpass and we don't know where that server comes into my sending of emails.

Most receipients are getting my emails today...but the 2nd one happend haflway through the day with a different but simialr kind of error message.

I had to open another ticket with Support to get even a sign of life after 6 hours of silence and they said I had to wait up to 24 hours for any response from Abuse and Security. I found it kind or alarming to be told that my case was being sent to Abuse and Security...makes me think that maybe something is wrong with my account.

Overall a very confusing and unsatisfying support experience.

In the meantime, my email is deteriorating and I can't send to 2 key contacts.

Abuse and Security has now stated that my shared server on Surpass SH107 has been flagged as a spam server.

It seems, though, that the reply below from Ariel only addresses the 2nd recipient that bounced my email - the one that bounced because of Spamcop.

The original post refers to a "host" server that is not on Surpass.

See this error from the first bounce I got:
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx01.ibbsonline.com [209.55.3.143]: 550 Access denied

Where does this "ibbsonline.com" host get involved in my sending emails from Surpass?

Hello,

An account on this server was compromised and exploited to send spam.
We have secured the affected account, removed all spam from the server's message queue and requested the server be delisted from SpamCop.

Please ensure your mail client is set up to use SMTP authentication to ensure messages are not blocked due to your IP address belonging to a dynamic IP address pool.
The sample messages provided identify your mail client as Thunderbird. Please see []Error for instructions to ensure SMTP authentication is used.

Regards,
