Hello,

I like what you have been doing with the new help movies for your customers. It would be great if these movies were generic. If resellers had the swf files they could place them on their web sites for their customers.

Also, I want to thank you for your welcome - warm fuzzies - and more to the business end of things - thank you for your prompt and effective responses to more questions. Having this type of support makes me think I made the right choice with Surpass.

Actually, generic movies, that's a good idea. Then other hosts would take them. :P
But, for our resellers, a good idea. We should make a private display/download area. Good thinking.
