Clove,
If you mean accessing the Client Area, you can do it via: http://www.surpasshosting.com/order/clogin.php and after you put in your correct Client Area Username and Client Area Password (or you can request e-mail sends new to you), you will see your WHM AutoPilot Client Information. If you mean the Forum username identity, you can access My Controls (if you're logged in) and look at your Profile and Signature settings. If you logged in as Clove, surely you MUST be Clove? That should help you re-connect with your true identity, I hope! Does that help? Seems to me we're all too overwhelmed with multiple identities - usernames, passwords. Client Area, Cpanel, WHM, Forum .... :fear: Makes your head spin! ps - I keep my name safe in my pocket so I don't lose it - I just look at it once in a while to see who I am. :jester:

:frust: I had the same problem in the Client Area. I've been registered with Surpass since before the magic 7/2003 date so I attempted to follow the instructions to register with the "new" system but apparently I can't use the same name I have always used with the current system. Do those of us long time users/customers need to change our usernames to be able to access the Client Area?

If you signed up before we installed the new system, you don't exist in the system.
You can pick any username you want for the new system if you are signing up for a new account. You can't have that username if for some strange fate someone else has already took that certain username.

Clove,
Thanks for the compliment. Subtlety is hard when you have narrow verbal (text) as your only communication channels! Still, don't you have to be a little concerned about a "Clove" who writes: Quote:
What I'd like to know is, what "other person" took you name such that you can't register it ? :dongget:
