I purchased the reseller account to put all my domains on and some friends on, but I'm having a heck of a time.

I went in and set up an accout for 123crop.com and changed the dns settings for that domain. But the dns got bumped back to the old settings for some reason and I cannot for the life of me find the control panel for this new domain. Any help would be appreciated. :frust:

Hello,

I believe dns settings would not be changed in the WHM but at the Registrar where the domain was registered. Point the domain to your dns settings. Then create the account in WHM for the domain. It will take a day or two or three to resolve the domain to the new dns. In the meantime you can access the control panel through the ip address with the user name (not domain name) at the end - like this:

http://123.45.67.8/~UserName/

Hope that helps

Croc

Actually, accessing the cpanel would be http://123.123.123.225/cpanel

As for the DNS reverting back, this problem would be at your registrar as croc said. You need to double check there and try their support for getting the dns changed. I believe your domain is registered with godaddy.com. You should check the DNS settings there..
