Creating Hosting Plans..
Hi all,
When you creating plans for your site, what kind of info do you put in? Like on your main site where the customers can review your packages. What are resellers offering such as which version of fantastico And fantastico is included on all packages etc.. etc.. Basicaly what's nice about your hosting features on your site. Eye candy for the potential clients? I really used most of my account for personal use but with the oppertunity to sell a few, i should have a few decent looking plans on the site. Can i offer fantastico de luxe with my packages? later thanks

Re: Creating Hosting Plans..
Basically just tell them what they'll get. What does the hosting come with, what kind of support do you offer, what software is installed, etc. It's up to you to decide how to market your stuff.

Use what brought out you to surpase in the first place .... that should be good enough, it was good enough to bring you to surpass in the first place if its not good enough for them, then I feel you really dont want them as customers.

Think of it in terms of how you set up the plans in WHM. What are the options you are setting them up with? Then go from there. The most obvious information you would offer:
Fee Schedule [how much per month/quarter/year/etc?] Setup Fee [is there one, if so, how much?] Disk Space [how much space do they get?] Monthly Transfer [how much bandwidth transfer do they get per month, what's the fee schedule if they go over?] Subdomains [how many?] FTP Accounts [how many?] Add-On Domains [how many? any extra fees attached?] Fantastico deLuxe [always tell about the extras!] cPANEL [version/demo] Email Accounts [how many?] Email Forwarding [how many?] Email Auto-Responders [how many?] Mailing Lists [how many?] Webmail [versions/demo] CGI Bin [Perl version] Pre-installed CGIs[list all the 'addon features' you offer] PHP [version/phpinfo demo] MySQL Databases [version/how many?] Frontpage Extensions [standard on all installs? fee or free upon request?]
