saprus seems ok now, the problem was resolved this afternoon.

but i don't understand why my password was changed by support about 45 minutes after they informed me that the problems were resolved?

Pass8 is fine now, please confirm.

I am not sure what you're referring to about a password.. theres no reason to change a password unless you could not access your site and requested it. You'd have to reply back to them.

mysql on pass8 looks good now.

i don't know why the pass was changed either; i couldn't reach my site in firefox or with email client, then i got a note in a ticket withe a new password. i thought it was strange... i have since changed it back.
