I'm not far from you really. near Terre Haute

BTW, server load is still so high, I cannot do any ftp work without losing connection to the server every 5 minutes, and www.phpldtemplates.com and www.harperstudio.com still screwing with any SSI I have used.

Re: pass45 load

I got a response on my ticket. Unix Admin said he tweaked the apache config and installed a firewall. But now I can't access cPanel or WHM on the server..... Are you seeing anything different with PASS45?

BTW I think Terre Haute is about 3-4 hours from here but not sure.. small world.

Edit***
I'm in cPanel and WHM now...

Server load is better but still in the red.

Re: pass45 load

I was just in the server (I've been checking server problem related threads since I logged in tonigh..) and it was normal. Now the load went to 5 again so I'm checking out the cause.

Re: pass45 load

I have been trying repeatedly to work on some of my clients sites, since about 1pm today EST. if you found server load at normal, it was a fluke. I have yet to see it below 7 today.

Re: pass45 load

Well...My sites are running again, but when I looked at the server load, it was at 4.5. Still red, but as long as my sites are functioning, I can deal with slow for a while.

Re: pass45 load

CPU load is still in the red (I followed up on my support ticket with that also). Also saw that eximstats is failed. Also now I can't get into cPanel. Maybe Kayla is working some magic on it........

Re: pass45 load

Ticket is still open. Surpass thanks for your continued efforts to resolve this. It was in the green late last night but is in the red this morning. Not nearly as bad but still red. Ticket updated.

Re: pass45 load

I got a reply back from support. Here is the reply.

Quote:
Hello,

Both the sites phpldtemplates.com and www.harperstudio.com are working fine now without showing up any errors. SSI also seems to be working fine. Please see the attachments for confirmation. Server load seems to be normal now.
Shortly after I read it, I checked the server status.
