I have sent tickets in for several sites on pass 45 lately for this same thing, yet I always get the same response. "Works for us!"
Something has got to be done about this. Take a look at www.phpldtemplates.com. php and SSI are gone. Also ftp is dead for www.emilystern.com mail is dead for www.emtstories.com and it runs slow. Please dont ask me to submit another ticket, and only get the same reply |

I know this is only a users forum, and since the tickets I submitted are not helping yet, I need some place to vent. LOL
Anyway, the ftp for emilystern.com is intermittent. It works for a few minutes, then down. As for phpldtemplates.com. It is most definitely a server side problem, and I have sent a few tickets over the last few days. The problem is the server load is crashing some of the php. You can see the same result at www.harperstudio.com It has been an ongoing problem for a while now, and it gets very frustrating to see a reoccuring problem like this. |
