Oh, and a couple more things.
First, sorry if these posts are somewhat incoherent. I'm multitasking at the moment. Second, I don't profess to know about operating or troubleshooting servers. I know how to operate the control panel that's been given me, and numerous other entry level tasks related to hosting. I try to provide as much information as I can to you guys with the problems I have. All I can report is things I witness and what I hear from my clients, such as how long a certain thing has been down, or when it started happening, etc. And I understand that it can be a long, drawn out process to troubleshoot problems when you're going off limited information from people that aren't knowledgable as you, or may not understand how things exactly may work. But I'm sure we would all be happy if there was better communication from your support people to us. Break it down for us. Let us know what kind of stuff you're doing instead of just 'we're working on it', or 'i don't see a problem but we'll look for it'. We could all use information to be passed down through the grapevine to our clients and others we may work with. Feel free to give us technical jargon or something that may explain why a certain issue takes so long to rectify. We're all understanding people here, and I know personally, it would go a long way to ease my frustration when things go awry often. |

Perhaps so. And I felt he did the same when he took my comments as bashing and considering you guys the enemy.
But hey, what's said is said and it's good to have it in the open. I'm looking forward to working with you guys to figure out these issues. |

I just tried accessing my sites, and it seems as if all of them are down.
I used command prompt to ping them, and the sites couldn't be pinged. I checked the server status page and it shows everything as being up and running for pass45. |
