I can currently see the site in your signature... Is it still down for you?

Also, please remember to file a ticket when it appears to go down. These are user-to-user support forums, so all we can do is verify if it is down for us as well, and check into small problems with DNS, etc..

Kinda what I was seeking. Sorry I wasn't specific. Was down for 20-30 mins. and is back up now. I was just curious as to why it wasn't reported on the server thread but it was showing red.

I assumed if it were a red dot, it was a confirmed outage. No need to verify? I'll be more specific in the future.

A red dot just means the page can't connect to that service.. That can either just be that one service restarting (which can take a couple minuteS), or it could be network problems, or it could be the server restarting...

Or, it means the server load is higher than 1, more memory than should be is being used, or the hard drive is running out of space. It depends for each thing.

However, what it doesn't mean is panic. I usually wait about 5-10 minutes before putting in a ticket, just to make sure it's not something that is currently trying to restart itself (well, on Pass5 I did...on my server, I freak out because I think I broke something lol).
