Question CMS and interaction in reselling

I'm considering buying some reseller hosting space from Surpass, but have a few questions as I'm still considering my options.
I was reading through the [reseller?] forums recently and saw someone mention CMS. Do the reseller packages come with any sort of Content Management System that my potential customers could use to make simple (text...) update to their websites?
Also, when I sell a package/space to a customer do I have my own brand name and Surpass Hosting is invisible in the backend? Meaning I'd take care of the billing and create the customer's space in WHM w/out my customer directly interacting with/seeing Surpass Hosting?
Thanks in advance for your help.
dazz.

Yes and yes.

All resellers come with Fantastico, which will install a variety of different CMS at the click of a button. They also come with Click Be, which you can read about further by doing a search, which is very easy to use.

Unless your customer's are really intense, they will never know you are a reseller through Surpass... provided you do set up your personal dns (it comes with all resellers, but you do have to make sure its set up through your domain registar). If they use the right whois search, they can find out the location and name of the datacenter their site is hosted at, though it actually links back to HostDime, not Surpass (they're associate companies, but they are seperate). However, most common users don't make that connection, and even if they do, you can explain that they own the datacenter you rent space in.

Rai: Thanks for the quick response.

Regarding CMS, I took a look at the info link beside Fantastico. Are these installed with Deluxe (nice and easy! ? Also, maybe someone can help me find a specific CMS feature I'm having trouble pinpointing. Some of the websites I'll do will most likely be for real estate agents. I'd love to be able to offer them the ability to easily update a specific "House Listings" page on their website w/out having to go through me by sending me pictures and house descriptions. Something that they can goto on the web, plug in some info, click Update, and the new listing is on their website. Simple and easy for them since they're not webmasters.
Examples of what I'm talking about:
http://www.risto.ca - The "Our Listings" section
http://www.hunking.com - The "My Listings" section
Does Fantastico have any CMS features like that, or am I better off writing one myself?
Thanks!
dazz.

There are many programs, free or paid, that can do that:

http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...ate/index.html

The program in Fantastico for real estate listings is called Open Realty:

You can see all Fantastico scripts on this page:

Wow, I totally missed the Open-Realty feature when I was looking at the Fantastico Scripts page. :S Thanks for pointing it out Kayla!
The Open-Realty script is pretty much exactly what I was talking about. I see that the demo only has US states listed... but I'll look around the website some more and see if that's customizable for Canada.
Surpass Hosting reseller packages come with Fantastico I see. When I create an account/web space with WHM for a customer, how easy/hard is it for me to install/setup that (or any) specific Fantastico script for them to use?
Thanks,
dazz.

Fantastico's purpose is to be able to set up any of those scripts with just a few clicks, it does the installation for you.
