Increase for old accounts?

Hi there,

Is Surpass going to increase the storage and bandwidth of already existing reseller accounts to the new standards? I wouldn't mind going up to 10gb and 250gb transfer.

As per what the announcement says, you have to submit a ticket to support, and they will upgrade you promptly.

Actually Geoff, I just noticed the info on the upgrade by a casual glance at the Surpass homepage, so much for your theory of "obviously reading the announcement". So maybe you should mind you own business and shut the hell up.

on the contrary, this is a public forum. posting here makes your business public.

oh, and my theory isnt broken, simply needs some work. It must mean then that people havent learned how to use a simple search function. my personal thought process is this "hey! news! lets see if somethings been posted!". Its not "Hey! news! lets create a post asking them to explain everything just for me! They wouldnt think ahead and answer all my questions in a post/announcement. thats just plain stupid!".

You're right Geoff, that is a good point. Well, maybe your mom will make you a nice warm glass of milk and everything will be all better.

I know baby, I know....it's ok.
