Pass4 licences expired?

What is going on with Pass4?
It seems CPanel (both reseller panel and cpanle for customers) don't work anymore, with 'licence expired' message...

When can we expect it to be fixed?

Hi,

Please open a ticket at https://desk.surpasshosting.com to let support know so they can fix it.

Sometimes the licensing server doesn't connect (because cPanel has many very busy licensing servers) and shows an 'expired' message.. which is not true. It should say "can't connect" .. but whatever they want to do . . : /

Since we aren't actively using the servers, we have to rely on you to let us know if this happens.
