Usage And TOS Policies for Reseller Clients

Hello,

Is there a document recommended by Surpass for Resellers to use as their standard Terms of Service and Appropriate Use policies?

I'd rather not direct my potential clients to the actual Surpass pages for this, as that sort of shows the "man behind the curtain." However, I know that my clients should be bound to Surpass policies as I am.

Any help or direction is appreciated.

Hi,

Our polices are located here:

http://www.surpasshosting.com/policies.php

You are free to use any section that you would like. You would only need to do a 'find and replace' to locate the parts where Surpass is written.

We are actually planning a site redesign.. and we will make a section with reseller documents. But that will be a few more months.. depending on how creative or fast we find ourselves.

That's what I thought, hence why I stopped my code validation.

kayla - does that generous offer apply to the knowledgebase area of surpass as well? could we use (ahem copy) the same knowledge base info used by surpass that applies to what we are doing? that would be a big help.
