Pass (01) Load is through the roof!!!

17:49:18 up 65 days, 7:53, 1 user, load average: 27.62, 81.18, 71.83

it's causing intermittent outages and slow response times. what is going on? it looks like this is across a number of reseller servers...

Have you filed a ticket with support yet? Remember that these are user-to-user forums, so we can't investigate an issue like this.

a ticket has been submitted - new problems today.

when executing shell commands like "uptime": http://www.zenoodle.com/uptime.php results in: Warning: shell_exec() [function.shell-exec]: Unable to execute 'uptime' in /home/zenoodle/public_html/uptime.php on line 3

http and ftp response times are very slow (despite ping times being fine) and perl has been disabled (usr/bin/perl cannot be found).

anybody else on pass 01 experiencing problems? or other servers experiencing the same issues?

Loads will be different from server-to-server, so they really won't experience the same things you are, on the server they're on.

i may have spoke too soon.

can someone please try browsing:

http://www.lhserver.com/

thanks. ping response time is fine, however http service is not working for just that one domain. all other domains are reachable. also, /usr/bin/perl cannot be found again and shell commands are getting errors.

// domain on pass.dizinc.com (PASS01)
