Sorry for the confusion here..

Bigjohn didn't mean that new customers are on the server you're on.

That's explained in here "New accounts only go on new servers
During our promotion, we put even less accounts on the servers that went online so far (SH109-SH114) so that the service would be even better on them and give us more time to weed out problem sites (some that have signed up only to distribute copyrighted material, proxy sites, and some sites that have likely been "kicked out" from other hosts)."

The sale we had mainly generated shared hosting sales, not resellers, and only new servers were used.

Ok this is just crazy, we have several servers with this problem and we are getting varied answers and no direct solutions yet. I've heard DDOS, and resource abuse.

I was talking to a buddy of mine of the East coast. His company site is been going like a yo-yo off and on. Their webhost is saying it is due to a whole lot of small DdoS attacks on the network. Maybe the same here. Right now to Surmunity I'm seeing 30 to 60% packet loss with a 400+ ms (Latency) and 3 routing servers out from 72.29.64.189
