I'm trying to remove a addon domain from my account (I set it up before I bought a reseller account) and I can't find the addon domain link anywhere in the cpanel

Can someone tell me how to remove an addon domain so I can add it in my WHM.

try this direct link, replace domain.com with your domain

http://www.domain.com:2082/frontend/x/addon/index.html

there are a few reasons this also may not work, depends if you are running under ssl or not then it would be

https://www.domain.com:2083/frontend/x/addon/index.html

also if you are running the x2 theme rather than the x theme

http://www.domain.com:2082/frontend/x2/addon/index.html (for non ssl)

or

https://www.domain.com:2083/frontend...don/index.html (for ssl)

None of those work for me. I moved from a shared hosting plan to a reseller plan today and I had the addon domain on my shared plan.

in your whm go look for feature list in the menu, then when you find it click default and edit it and make sure addon domains are allowed,

For some reason my WHM isn't loading fully.

If the DOMAIN is an ADDON to your "main" free domain, then you have to open a support ticket. They control the WHM for main account.
