Question about hosting a business

I have a friend who is re-starting his internet business after about two years after closing shop. He plans to sell adult doujin (fan comics). I have read the Acceptable Use Policy under the ToS, and want to know if hosting his business' site is considered a violation of Acceptable Use before I decide to host him at all.

You have already read the policies, so that is good. From what I have seen in other threads, adult sites are aloud as long as they abide by the policies. Just make sure the site has a warning about the type of content on it before people enter.

If I remember correctly his old website did have a warning, I don't remember if he had the federal law information on the page, but I doubt that would be an issue for him to add.
