pass12 down, 2 days in a row
4 hour outage yesterday on all my pass12 (72.29.74.7) sites, I try to get some work done this morning and no access. I don't just mean the DNS isn't resolving: I mean zero access.
Only response I get from a ticket is: "I am not sure why your DNS zone files were set how they were. I have corrected all of the domains that you have mentioned so there shouldn't be any further issues. If you experience anything further please let us know immediately so that we can have our administrators look into the issue to ensure it doesn't keep happening." Yeah, I'm not sure how they were "set how they were", either. And it's happening again. C'mon guys, where's the back up? You can do better than this. |
