Urgent: Pass15 down!
404, 500, cannot load, no display, cannot log in WHM, cPanel. everything - everysite on my reseller.
Can someone press support for it? The ticket wait is agonizing!! =( PS: even the serverload image is not loading! PPS: apparently, support responded faster than surmunity could load. Well.. there is a backbone provider called Level 3 that Surpass is hooked into...

nah.. just like in any help desk there's tier's based on the severity of a problem.. or how technical it is. if level one can't fix it, we escalate it.. I probably didn't hafta explain it for ya, but yeah.. not www.level3.com techs ![]() |

lols..... "3rd floor of the building" didn't come to my mind at all until u suggested it to me. In fact, It's not important which floor they work on!
