Urgent: Pass15 down!

404, 500, cannot load, no display, cannot log in WHM, cPanel. everything - everysite on my reseller.

Can someone press support for it? The ticket wait is agonizing!! =(

PS: even the serverload image is not loading!
PPS: apparently, support responded faster than surmunity could load.
PPPS: but i'm still tired and fed up of the server ups and downs... sigh.

umm.. do you mean like "level 3" as in 3rd floor of the building?

if that's what you're thinking, no..

it's third level..

Well.. there is a backbone provider called Level 3 that Surpass is hooked into...

So I could see the confusion there. But no, it's level 3 Surpass support in this case.. next step up would be one of the System Admins.

ohhh, haha

nah.. just like in any help desk there's tier's based on the severity of a problem.. or how technical it is. if level one can't fix it, we escalate it..

I probably didn't hafta explain it for ya, but yeah.. not www.level3.com techs

I like it though! (big evil grin) I can see the start of something

"No maaam... I'm Level 3 but your server must be on a different floor... try calling back and ask for level 2 or level 4, then level 1 or level 5... keep looking" Wait, I think I've been with that host before and their name was two letters followed by "host."
