Thumbs down Pass 69 - nightmare

For the past few weeks and as regular as clockwork I am unable to access any domains on my reseller account. This is happening now without fail either on a Sunday or Monday - just when my clients sites are hopefully at thier busiest. Today have no POP or HTTP.
I've had one solution after another, my IP being blocked (twice), the firewall not working correctly and now this week, I don't know until support get back to me.
This is an ongoing problem, why can it not be fully resolved?
Is it only happening to me, or are other people having problems?

I am having the same problems on this server. And I am really getting tired of it.

Yesterday support told me they found a bad neighbor so I thought it was fixed for good but it is happening again.

I am not a happy camper at the moment.

Is this server going to be fixed so it doesn't go down so often? This is getting ridiculous.

Brandon,

Thanks, yes I have been reporting this to support, repeatedly. Enough so that I feel I'm not being heard there and come here in frustration.

making sure you are just opening one ticket at a time per issue. Also just a reminder, if you keep replying to your ticket it to "bump" it... it will do you more harm than good. Bumping your ticket causes it to go to the bottom of the list ... Surpass Answers tickets starting with the ones with the oldest response.

I'm not saying your doing this... just a friendly fyi.

Brandon,

Thank you for the tip. I have been replying to a ticket that I opened on 5/12.

I always send tickets, like the user above, we get a little ticked off with repeated issues. The point of this thread was to see if it was only me who was having a problem, clearly it isn't.
If it had just been me, I'd have been looking at my own PC and browser setup, due to the regularity of the problems.

I'm on this server. It's terrible. It works one minute and the next, none of my websites will load. I can't access cpanel or webmail when it happens. The support desk just say its fine and they see no problems, but there is a problem. A big one. GET THIS SERVER FIXED!

Lets try access my site now. Oh wait!

The connection has timed out

The server at www.udserver.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
