Hello.

I have a Reseller account since one year at surpasshosting.

In several times, webs of my clients has been loading very slow or even fails.

From yesterday, and today, the load of page is very bad.

I have been writing with the technical support of surpasshosting, and they do not see problem in the server, and the load webs is good for them.

I have tested of traceroute, and the times seems normal…

All my clients, connect from Spain (Europe). But I have tested with friends in France, and even in Argentina, and continue seeing the pages very badly.

Is there any way, to investigate, why you from the USA have a fast load of the pages, and not from other countries?

Could be the problem of my server in surpasshosting?

Could be the problem in an intermediate point of route the Spain-USA?

Why dont you run a traceroute ?

That should show which hops are responding slower.
