pass57 server down?

It looks like “pass57 server is down”. All my hosted websites are inaccessible.
Anyone else who is on pass57 server facing this?

hmmmm.. you seem to be having the same issue as this thread:

check out the DNSReport on your domain.. same as what was happening in that thread

... so basically the Name Servers are down. I just tried to ping the Name Servers. They are just timing out.

yup, they are being looked at and fixed as we speak, I will update this thread as soon as I find out any information

They should be working just fine now

There was an issue with the IPs routing that has now been fixed and shouldn't happen again.

If you happened to have opened a ticket about this with support, please update the ticket and let them know the issue is resolved and link to this thread if you'd like

I'd very much like to know how that happened. My client's sites were down for about 5 hours yesterday. Problems started around 3:30 PM EST and issue was fixed around 8:30 PM EST

Pass57 is pretty good, hardly has any problems. How can the nameservers fail all of a sudden like that? Can somebody please explain to us what happened?

I'd like to know why the time difference also. Seems a bit too long for discovery and fix.
