They should be working just fine now
There was an issue with the IPs routing that has now been fixed and shouldn't happen again.If you happened to have opened a ticket about this with support, please update the ticket and let them know the issue is resolved and link to this thread if you'd like ![]() |

I'd very much like to know how that happened. My client's sites were down for about 5 hours yesterday. Problems started around 3:30 PM EST and issue was fixed around 8:30 PM EST
Pass57 is pretty good, hardly has any problems. How can the nameservers fail all of a sudden like that? Can somebody please explain to us what happened? TIA

I'd like to know why the time difference also. Seems a bit too long for discovery and fix.
