I really hate to post a trouble ticket number here, so...
I'll try and remain patient
Almost 18 hours ago, I responded to a trouble ticket from Support. I asked them to unsuspend one of my client's accounts so that she could work on her account. All she needs to do is disable a pMachine script that was apparently hijacked and used to send out SPAM mailings. The reason I responded to Support is because they root suspended the account and I don't have permission to unsuspend it for her from my WHM. Quote:

OK.
21 hours and no response to the trouble ticket. Surely unsuspending an account shouldn't take this long. I've already deleted the offending scripts from my customer's account. Last edited by snide; June 7th, 2007 at 1:03 PM.. |
