I really hate to post a trouble ticket number here, so...

I'll try and remain patient

Almost 18 hours ago, I responded to a trouble ticket from Support. I asked them to unsuspend one of my client's accounts so that she could work on her account. All she needs to do is disable a pMachine script that was apparently hijacked and used to send out SPAM mailings.

The reason I responded to Support is because they root suspended the account and I don't have permission to unsuspend it for her from my WHM.

My customer and friend has been waiting that long to access her account so that she can fix her script.

Anyone got an idea what I should do next?

OK.

21 hours and no response to the trouble ticket. Surely unsuspending an account shouldn't take this long.

I've already deleted the offending scripts from my customer's account.

please post your ticket number, it makes it a lot easier for us who are browsing the forums and would like to get more information back to you regarding the ticket
