surpass support
Since some time now there is something strange about the supportdesk. Every time if some worker of Surpass replys to a ticket, the ticket disapears out of my ticket list. So at the end of all I can't reply to a ticket because it's gone...
Surpass, I reported this problem few days ago, still the same...

Maybe its the ticket sorting? Our client login ticket list sorting changed in April 2007.
I believe it is 1Open 2Hold 3Closed (from oldest to newest) We are working with help desk developers to add the ability to sort by date within helpdesk login. Try checking through your pages of tickets, although I have seen other reports of dissapearing tickets, they shouldn't just vanish . :-(

hmm I see the problem... all new tickets are all the way back...
Why aren't they in front?
