Support no reply to: PAD-233985
Hi,
Sorry to bring this up in the public forum, but I have the same issues repeating on 6 of my OC10 accounts again and again. I have posted this in the support ticket system but did not get any replies so far. I need the 3rd Level Support Team (3LST) to look at this support ticket number: PAD-233985 ASAP. 2 of the 3LST, had been able to solve the problem in the past, here is what they have done on the same host: http://pass62.dizinc.com IP: 66.7.194.3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rahiman:3LST An outdated mod_security configuration file which seems to be caused the problem. Mod_security file is now updated in server and this should fix the issue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Karthick:3LST There was a problem with apache configuration. We have corrected it now.
