Account Hijacked? IP Check Please.

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this...but I'm in quite the pickle. Earlier today I noticed I couldn't log into my email account and that the password had been changed. I also checked around with my other accounts to make sure nothing else had been hijacked. I found that I also could not log in to my surpass account. I was in the middle of a server relocation and can't log in to see the ticket information and can't receive information by way of email since my email has also been compromised.

I have access to my server by way of ftp and whm but when I goto http://my.surpasshosting.com/ and provide my usual information, I fail to log in. I can't do the forgot my password...since I can't get into my email. Is there any way to confirm this hijack by checking IPs or to possibly reset my password to what it was a couple days ago. Obviously I'm not asking for a reset or the new password since there's no way of knowing who I am...but...I don't know what else to do.

Any help would be nice.

please submit a ticket to support: http://desk.surpasshosting.com (you don't need to login to submit a ticket just ignore the login boxes)

Generally, be sure to check all scripts you use for security issues (old versions, unsupported, etc) . Also, never share your account information with anyone else other than staff from the helpdesk.
