Support ticket no answer - UBX-976991
I posted this ticket 20 hours ago. Well, its not big deal - its just that my whole account is suspended and all of my domains (and I have about 30 here on Surpass). I was been satisfied with with hosting so far, but this is ridiculous... People are calling me whole day, I dont have any other choice but to beg here for help...

Suspensions take longer than normal support, they have to investigate the issue, see what caused you to be suspended, and determine if it is safe to allow the account to be back on the server.

Account suspended again
This is really pissing me off...
Surpass charged me and still they managed to turn me off. This is so bad. SOMEONE CHECK TICKET no. WTP-512756 !!!! Please do it now... |
