Yes I'm using passive mode, support said to ensure I was. I send a traceroute to support yesterday (uk Time) and it seems my connection times out at several points on the route - not a surpass problem apparently. BUT, it's only been happening since I posted this thread about the server issues. Been on to my ISP and they are saying it's not something they can help with as thier network has no problems.
I've also tried using several different FTP programes, with the same problem. Having said that, I'm uploading now and have been connected for about 3 minutes...Yay! It remains to be seen if I can stay on long enough to transfer the files I need to. I'm going to cry ![]()

Per your request I just emailed you regarding another occurrence. The traceroute is useless though as the server couldn't be found. I also couldn't reach my mail server during the outage. Tom |

The mail server is unavailable again.
The web servers have been unavailable for at least 20 minutes. I hope Surpass support is on top of this. I was told it was sent to 2nd level support. Tom |

I have been sending information through the support ticket system that I hope is helpful. At the moment I can't access anything. The web servers have been unavailable for the last hour. Mail and cPanel have been sporadically available. I sent some visitor logs to support during the time I had access to cPanel. Tom |
