Thumbs down Pass 69 - a joke for a server

I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of reliability of this server, I have to submit support tickets on a regular basis and the issues are never fully resolved. One problem just leads to another.
What is now beggining to annoy me is that I have just browsed a thread relating to another server and someone suggested that the server within the thread was one brought online specifically for the 'One love' sale - when I purchased my account. What does that imply, that because we got a reduced price, we get reduced service? I paid for 12 months up front on my account.
I have had more downtime on this server than a whore's knickers! This is not acceptable any longer.

All of them under my reseller account. When one goes down, they all do.
It seems we have some activity now though. Wonder how long it will last this time.

The one is my profile is hosted elsewhere.

Reason I asked is one in your signature loads blank (may be a configuration problem, unless meant to be blank) and site in your profile loads no problem.

Text in bold is made bold after I saw your edit.

This server has been doing this for way too long. I first submitted a ticket over a month ago and have submitted multiple times since then and it is still happening. Support's total lack of follow through and results have almost gotten to the point of being humorous. I'm beginning to think that their system first responds to support tickets with a randomly selected response and it isn't a real person reading and thinking about the issue.
I don't know what changed at Surpass but this is far from the experience I expected based on some good recommendations that I received. I have had domains hosted by six providers over the years and have not had this bad of an experience with connections since the days of my 300 baud modem.
I gave up on the useless support responses/results and moved my money making sites to another provider last week. Eight months of prepaid account down the drain.

LOL, when I first tried to preview this post I couldn't connect to www.surmunity.com but my new host loaded fine:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.surmunity.com is taking too long to respond.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I actually just responded to you at DSLR - I figured it was this server.

There are multiple accounts being moved from this server, one is a forum that has been eating up the CPU.

Normally with such a new server, it takes months for problems to appear because new sites are only beginning to grow in traffic. Unless of course already established sites move from other providers (sometimes due to being "kicked out" because of their resource usage) and then onto our servers.. only to suffer the same thing. We recomend dedicated - sometimes they accept, most times they bounce out and to another host and cause the same problem.

I was just about to post another update about Pass69 in its server thread- but you beat me to this thread.

Yes.. I have no idea why he couldn't connect to Surmunity - it has not been down, and never is.
