My beef is that all e-mails that were sent during the 15-hour "downtime" were lost.

As I interact with my customers I am finding out they lost a bunch of mail also and that is very disturbing. My customers are very unhappy about it. So, I have an issue as well with it but what can you do? It is very difficult maintaining a server and Surpass does a better job than I could do...

I have also noticed after this fix the serverload has been consistently low - which is GREAT! Has anyone else noticed that?

If a server can't send an email to another server, it will usually put it into the mail queue and try again for the next 7 days.
