dime9 mail issue

Hi everyone. Is anyone on dime9 experiencing mail issues. I send mail but nothing goes through. Support says they are working on the problem but it has been HOURS. My customers are very angry. This is the second LONG downtime for mail on this server in a week. Anyone??

What kind of problems are you having? I can telnet just fine to :25 and :110.

My email program (outlook express) goes through the log-in and download process fine. The problem is I send an email and it leaves my outbox but is never delivered. I have sent emails to customers that were never received and I have sent to test accounts that I never received. So the mail is going to cyber space...

Support has said it is a "mailserver upgrade" - that is no help.

Mail conversion on dime9 is now completed. You should be able to send and receive mail fine now, if you're not, please let us know

It is working, THANKS. Handling all the servers Surpass HAS GOT TO BE difficult. Support kept at it and got it fixed. AND, support kept in contact with me. Good job.
