Pass 46, Down?

I can not access my site at all. I was in the middle of updating it and suddenly it's just not working anymore. Can't get to it, can't put anything on the ftp!

Could I have over done it? (I've been working on my site all day long, major remodeling.)

Any info would be great.

submit a ticket to support... however it could be an ISP related issue. I am having trouble accessing some major websites not hosted on the surpass network. http://internetpulse.com/

Site won't come up at all. Can't get into it at all. Hmmmmm....

What's your domain name? There may be an easy fix to this.

Loads up perfectly here. What error do you get when you try to visit the site? Can you see it using http://lameproxy.com ?

Yeah it loads up through there. Well I'll just have to beat my husband up now. I think he blew me off and just blamed the server. Although I don't know why we'd not be able to see it on any of the five computers we have in the house. I guess it's a router issue. Good to know though that I finally was able to get the correct index file uploaded.

Thanks! I'll make my husband fix the issue when he gets up tomorrow morning! LOL!

It's possible (unlikely, but still possible) that the firewall on Surpass's end may be blocking your IP address. If you don't have any more luck tomorrow try emailing support so they can check the logs.
