One of the bigger reasons I went with hosting was because it is long thought it is more reliable than ISP hosted mail. I have had more downtime in the past 3 weeks since I switched to this server than I ever did in the many years I have used ISP provided mail.

Hmm, Pass60 was gone about 1 hour 19:02:00 to 20:07:31 CET but is back online right now.
I would appreciate if some one could tell me why this happends?
This month the server was Online 100% till these last days and the monthley uptime is right now 99.579%.

Thats bad for us resellers. Uptime is the most importent sellingpoint here in Sweden.

Bingo. I have found that several of my so called "outages" were the result of my work net connection going down or because of my home ISP going down and NOT Surpass.

But if ou can get to surpasshosting.com and not your web site, then you have a more probable cause.

Seeing as this server is having so many "special" moments, ask for support to move your account to another server.

Be sure to ask if they can add a redirecting patch in on the old server, so it gives 0 downtime waiting for the new DNS to apply.

right now our server load is 136! lmao or was before it went down

What does that make it now, 3 times in 4 days? I am willing to bet this one lasts maybe a half hour. That seems to be the average.

Not sure how much more I can take of this....I thought this place had it's act together from what everyone says, am I just that unlucky? What needs to be done, because right now I am not happy at all with this amount of down time...

well I have asked for a refund of this months service because of the amount of downtime I have seen...whether I get it or not I have no idea as I can't find the TOS on the website. Maybe someone can advise me on this situation.

I am not a hard ass just trying to figure out why there is so much downtime, as it is frustrating to be honest.
