pass61.dizinc.com responds fine to HTTP and ping. What exactly is the problem you're having?

Not many of our team are browsing this forums all day long.. only really 2 or 3 of us do that right now

I think I already mentioned this is a useless step, don't expect a solution for at least a month. Surpass support seems to have a list of excuses they are given to use until you go away in frustration.

The rest of them are making up excuses for why our servers are down? I imagine they are all sitting around laughing about the insane excuses that they give to customers. They certainly didn't investigate the issues with PASS69 in anywhere near a timely manner. If I were the person in charge of support ( and I use that term loosely) would fire myself.

Maybe I am just getting a bit jaded after more than a month of almost daily downtime with absolutely stupid responses from Surpass support.

I still get an outage notification about every 3-4 days so something is taking it down cyclically.

Yes, every one of the 200,000 posts here has been absolutely no use to anybody. I certainly haven't gotten mounds of help and suggestions from this forum on things I never knew about. Nope, not me.
