pass71 - 2 hours server outage and counting?

Opened a ticket immediately and after 2 hours (and counting) pass71 is still rebooting?

http://pass71.dizinc.com/ responds fine to ping and via HTTP for me. Are you still having problems with this?

Unfortunately, yes. All accounts under my reseller account are not reponding, traceroutes and pings giving "unknow host" and support just wrote what I quoted above, 1 hour ago.

So what are some of the domains you're having problems with? There's not much we can do here with so little information.

you may want to try with redseashop.com as example of 1 of the accounts.

Ping from dnsstuff.com:

Hi Dan, I do have a dynamic IP so I don't know if this will help. Furthermore, I already rebooted modem, MACs, and tried also through dnsstuff.com

Don't know why, but I have the impression that some Unix Admin changed some config on server today. Maybe I'm wrong? my reseller ID is digitala

Have they ever worked? It looks like there are no A records set up for your private nameservers:
