I've also had sporadic email problems for the past 48hrs. Any ETA when this will be fixed?

My clients are not happy campers about lost sales.

I hope you're not just rebooting the server like the guy that answered my support ticket did. He said it wasn't responding and he rebooted and everything is fine now. I did let him know that email has been up and down for 48hrs so it's a bigger problem than a simple reboot will fix.

I hope you're really getting to the bottom of it and not just blowing smoke like seems to be happening a lot around here lately.

Nope, I don't blow smoke when it comes to this; never have and never will. We've tweaked MySQL, fixed some issues with swap space on the box, and checked for abusive sites -- the load is perfect and all services seem to be working right:

You are good. I didn't want "reboot" to be the fixall that drags on for days and weeks.

Aslong as you actually tweaked an issue and it doesnt happen again, I'm happy.

When the server's down, i gotta pass the "love" my clients give me to you, you know.

No problem. We're still working on some problems, so it may slow down for a bit, but it shouldn't go down completely from now on.
