Server load between 2 and 3 is not bad at all. However, from time to time accounts abuse the server and it goes much higher than that.
This has been the case on pass50 with an account that we are currently working to move to a dedicated server.

It's not only your account that we need to move, your account also has the most accounts underneath it on the server, which is why you need a server at this time.

Hello Kayla
really , you have to listen to me (excuse my poor english ; but try to understand what I want to say) the SurpassHosting Abuse answers me with a strange variable when I told them as Surpass mentionned in VPS plan in the website, it's like a dedicated server, so when I ask them that I want to choose a VPS plan , they told me that it's not allowed for me because due to the amount of load it generates. so Why you write in VPS that if I had problem, others will not have anything of this problem. so I take my responsability to try a VPS really, I don't want to change SurpassHosting because I find my way here, but it's not mean that there is no solutions outside. and an other thing, the server is never goind down for a months ago, so let the server in peace with me ![]() |

VPS accounts are meant for users who require a hosting solution between a reseller account and a dedicated server. You have a relatively large amount of accounts on your reseller package and one of your accounts is getting a very large amount of traffic. Your account requires more CPU/RAM resources than we can offer on a reseller or VPS package.
I'll be happy to discuss this with you further in the ticket that we already have open, though I'm pretty sure that we've explained the situation several times now. Thanks!

Hello,
Ok, now I understand why it's necessary to think about a dedicated solution, I will continue discuss this issue by tickets already open. I believe that my account for my principal website is having traffic this last month. |
