Pass38 email issues?

I was going to post a thread about this sometime last week when it went down, but it came back up as I was typing. Now it appears to be down again, so there might be something more substantial going on.

One day last week, I couldn't access the pop3 portion of email on pass38. After some time, pop3 worked but smtp didn't. Then both were working again. Right now smtp is not working, but pop3 is (doing a simple telnet to port 25 of pass38 fails, works for port 110). Any idea what's going on?

The server is currently being rebooted. Please standby... should be back in a little bit.

Edit: Wait, my mistake... that wasn't pass38... it was another server being rebooted. Ignore this.
